1. Real – world Case

In a large – scale chemical storage facility, the VE3007 was employed to monitor and control the ventilation system. The facility stored various volatile and hazardous chemicals, and proper ventilation was crucial to prevent the accumulation of toxic gases and maintain a safe working environment.

One day, a leak occurred in one of the chemical storage tanks. The gas sensors connected to the VE3007 detected an increase in the concentration of a particular hazardous gas. The VE3007 immediately received the data from the sensors and analyzed it.

Based on the pre – set safety parameters, the VE3007 quickly increased the speed of the ventilation fans to remove the leaked gas from the storage area. At the same time, it sent an alarm signal to the control room, notifying the operators of the potential danger. The operators were able to respond promptly, locate the leak, and take appropriate measures to stop it. Thanks to the timely action of the VE3007, the risk of a gas explosion or toxic gas exposure was significantly reduced, ensuring the safety of the facility and its workers.
