Input:
There are two independent eddy current sensor signal inputs: SENS 1H(z8)/SENS 1L(z10) and SENS 2H(d8)/SENS 2L(d10).
Input voltage range: -1… -22 V dc.
The module also has a key key input (must be greater than 13V).
Output:
Eigenvalue output: The module has two current outputs representing the eigenvalue and two 0… 10 V voltage output.
Dynamic signal output: The module provides two 0… 20 Vpp dynamic signal output for spectrum analysis.
Voltage output: Module provides two 0… 10 V dc voltage output, proportional to the distance between the sensor and the surface being measured.
Limit monitoring:
Each channel can set alarm value and danger value separately.
In certain cases, such as when the critical speed is exceeded, the limit multiplier function can be activated and the multiplication factor X can be set.

Functions:
The MMS6110 is mainly used to monitor shaft vibration of various turbine-machinery, such as steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, fans, gearboxes, blowers, centrifuges, etc.
The output of the eddy current sensor measures the relative vibration of the axial diameter in order to improve the efficiency, operation safety and prolong the service life of the machine.
It can be combined with measurements of other modules to form turbomachinery protection systems, and provided as input to analytical diagnostic systems, fieldbus systems, decentralized control systems, etc.
