Dynamic signal output: The module provides two 0… 20 Vpp dynamic signal output for spectrum analysis.
Voltage output: Module provides two 0… 10 V dc voltage output, proportional to the distance between the sensor and the surface being measured.
Limit monitoring:
Each channel can set alarm value and danger value separately.
In certain cases, such as when the critical speed is exceeded, the limit multiplier function can be activated and the multiplication factor X can be set.

Series:
The MMS6110 belongs to a family of EPRO products specifically designed for shaft vibration measurement.
Features:
Dual channel shaft vibration measurement module to monitor the radial relative vibration of shaft.
Can be replaced in operation, can be used alone, with redundant power input.
Extended self-check function, built-in sensor self-check function, password protection operation level.
For eddy current sensor PR642./… Series plus preprocessor CON0X1.
Built-in linearization processor.
The last start/stop measurement data can be recorded and stored.

Functions:
The MMS6110 is mainly used to monitor shaft vibration of various turbine-machinery, such as steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, fans, gearboxes, blowers, centrifuges, etc.
The output of the eddy current sensor measures the relative vibration of the axial diameter in order to improve the efficiency, operation safety and prolong the service life of the machine.
It can be combined with measurements of other modules to form turbomachinery protection systems, and provided as input to analytical diagnostic systems, fieldbus systems, decentralized control systems, etc.
