Description
trait
Compact: Designed to be compact and rugged for use in G3 (harsh) environments.
High precision: High precision is achieved through the sigma-delta data conversion of each channel.
Configurable options: Provides configurable options for conversion and integration times and rate of change limits.
Multiple input ranges: Supports a variety of analog signal input ranges to meet different application scenarios.
Isolation design: Each input channel is isolated from other channels and ground current, improving the anti-interference ability of the system.
effect
The FBM201 analog input interface module is mainly used in industrial automation systems as part of the control system to receive analog signals from various sensors and convert them into digital signals that can be processed by the system.
It supports local or remote connection of terminal components for field wiring to FBM201/b/c/d modules, as well as terminal components for internal and/or external loop powered transmitters in each channel.
As a key component of the InFusion enterprise control system, the FBM201 is tightly integrated with Schneider Electric’s Distributed Control System (DCS) to help improve plant wide operations, performance and asset utilization in modern manufacturing enterprises.
Parameters and specifications
Input type: Eight analog sensor signal input channels support different signal ranges, including 0 to 20mA DC (FBM201), 0 to 100mV DC (FBM201b), 0 to 5V DC (FBM201c), and 0 to 10V DC (FBM201d).
Input channel isolation: Each analog input channel is isolated from other channels and ground currents.
Communication interface: communicates with its associated FCM or FCP via a redundant 2 Mbps module fieldbus.
Calibration requirements: No calibration modules and terminal components are required.
Size and weight
Dimensions: Length x width x height = 10.4cm x 4.5cm x 11.4cm.
Weight: 0.284 kg
