Description
Parameters and specifications:
Function: Usually used to monitor the vibration level and shaft displacement of mechanical equipment (such as engines, turbines, pumps, etc.). It can monitor the vibration level, frequency and axial displacement of the equipment in real time, and issue an alarm or take corresponding protective measures according to the preset alarm threshold.
Measurement parameters: can measure vibration parameters, such as vibration speed, vibration acceleration, vibration displacement, etc., can also measure axis displacement parameters, such as axis offset, radial displacement, etc.
Input signal range: +0.8V to -21.0V for non-isolated I/O modules; For isolated I/O modules, the range is +5V to -11V.
Power consumption: Typical power consumption is 3.2 watts.
Maximum buffer output impedance: 504Ω.
Size and weight:
Package/Specification: 2.5×25.7x12cm.
Features:
Half-height, dual-channel module: Used to provide a keyphasor signal to the monitor module in the 3500 frame.
Enhanced Keyphasor signal processing capabilities: Provides extended signal processing capabilities compared to existing Keyphasor modules.
Backward compatibility: Full backward compatibility with existing Keyphasor modules in terms of shape, fit, and functionality.
Functions:
Monitoring machinery: Real-time monitoring of vibration levels and axial displacement of machinery to assess the operating status and health of equipment.
Provide a keyphasor signal: Receive an input signal from the proximity probe or magnetic pickup and convert this signal into a digital key phaser signal indicating when the key phaser mark on the shaft coincides with the key phaser sensor.
Supports redundant configuration: up to four keyphasor signals can be accepted in normal configuration and up to eight keyphasor signals can be accepted in paired configuration.
