Description
Input:
Continuously detect and monitor two independent radial vibration channels and mean axis position (clearance) with two access probe/access system inputs.
Power Supply:
User programmable to -24 Vdc or -18 Vdc, current limited to a single monitor board.
Frequency response:
Users can program for 4 to 4,000 Hz (240 to 240,000 cpm) or 1 to 600 Hz (60 to 36,000 cpm).
The 1 to 600 Hz (60 to 36,000 CPM) frequency range is not recommended for machine applications that require fast start and glide rates and acceleration/deceleration rates exceeding 1000 rpm/s.
Output:
Logger output: Users can program between +4 and +20 mA, 0 and -10 Vdc, or +1 and +5 Vdc.
Provides separate recorder output for each channel.
Relay:
An alarm relay module can be installed behind each monitor.
Application field:
It is mainly used to monitor the vibration state of mechanical equipment, especially for liquid film bearing machines, gas and steam turbines, rolling element bearing outer rings and other applications.
